Cette proc\u00e9dure est \u00e9galement appel\u00e9e \u00ab \u00e9valuation de l\u2019\u00e9quivalence \u00bb<\/p><p>(Gleichwertigkeitspr\u00fcfung). Une fois que tous vos documents sont soumis, l\u2019organisme comp\u00e9tent effectue l\u2019\u00e9valuation en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sous trois \u00e0 quatre mois. Si disponible, vous aurez \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 de commencer directement une demande en ligne.<\/p><p>Votre qualification \u00e9trang\u00e8re est reconnue si elle est jug\u00e9e \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 la qualification allemande correspondante. Si l\u2019\u00e9valuation met en \u00e9vidence des diff\u00e9rences significatives, la suite d\u00e9pend du type de profession concern\u00e9e :<\/p><p>Pour les professions non r\u00e9glement\u00e9es : votre qualification professionnelle peut \u00eatre partiellement reconnue si certaines parties de votre formation sont jug\u00e9es \u00e9quivalentes et d\u2019autres non. L\u2019organisme comp\u00e9tent vous informera des diff\u00e9rences identifi\u00e9es dans une notification officielle. En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, vous pourrez compenser ces diff\u00e9rences par une mesure d&rsquo;adaptation des qualifications. Une fois cette mesure achev\u00e9e, vous pourrez soumettre une nouvelle demande pour obtenir la reconnaissance compl\u00e8te.<\/p><p>Pour les professions r\u00e9glement\u00e9es (qu&rsquo;elles soient acad\u00e9miques ou non) : l\u2019organisme comp\u00e9tent d\u00e9finira une mesure de compensation pour vous permettre de combler les diff\u00e9rences identifi\u00e9es. Si vous suivez avec succ\u00e8s cette mesure, votre qualification sera reconnue comme \u00e9quivalente.
